This unique Hanukkah menorah is adapted from an antique brass design discovered in Larache, Morocco, which was made in the late 19th century from solid brass. This colorful adaptation is made from pierced, punctured and engraved brass sheets, which have been decorated with a range of shapes including floral-embellished birds, Stars of David, flowers, foliage and flames. The words besiman tov – with a good sign – appear underneath the central fleur-de-lis.
This menorah includes a set of nine clear glass holders which can be filled with oil. Standard pre-filled paraffin cups can also be used with this menorah. This beautifully packaged menorah also includes a historical explanation in English and Hebrew. It is available in a range of colors.
